Talayna's St. Louis Style Pizza
St. Louis Style was made famous here in the St. Louis area and has spread across the country. Ours is formed as a traditional round shape and has a thin, crisp, cracker-like crust. It is topped with a mixture of provel and mozzarella cheese and served cut into squares.
Talayna's Chicago Style Pizza
Born in Chicago, this is our deep-dish pizza. This high edged beauty is similar to a pie and is stuffed with natural tomatoes, your choice of ingredients and mozzarella cheese.
Talayna's New York Style Pizza
Like New York City, this pizza is large and in charge! It's baked on our hand-tossed, semi-thick dough and served wedge-cut and topped with your choice of ingredients and mozzarella cheese.
If size matters, guests can also choose our New York style MANHATTAN, a 20" pizza, or our mother of all pizzas - the MONSTER -- our 30" wonder!
Talayna's Artisan Pizza
The Artisan style pizza at Talayna's is a masterpiece... visually and to the palate. This is our rustic pizza: Semi thick dough is baked in an oval shape, flavored with herbs and topped with mozzarella and your choice of ingredients.
